Valeria and Tommaso presented three oral talks on functional ultrasound imaging of ketamine and optimization of ultrasound neuromodulation parameters at the 2024 IEEE International Ultrasonics Symposium in Taipei (Taiwan).

We received a grant from the Focused Ultrasound Foundation to map the parameter space of ultrasound neuromodulation in patients. This project is a collaboration with Dr. Leo Sugrue (UCSF Radiology).

Tommaso was awarded a PARC Fellowship by the UCSF Pain and Addiction Research Center to continue our work using functional ultrasound imaging to understand the mechanism of action of ketamine.
